    I went online and bought the preformed louvres, framing, stiles and rails in lengths which gave me the least waste. No kit or instructions provided. I just made the most simple design to fit my window.

    There's good quality felt available in 21m rolls for around £75 it says Blizzard on the wrapper. I've used it and it lasts very well.
