    It's true, there is literally a market for everyone and everything. I think I would have to create a shell company of some kind so it could never be traced back to me. I would hate to be forever branded as, "your the guy who built that table thing"

    I don't know about anyone else but I'm quite tired of slabs on steel legs, whether they're on the correct side or not. You can't UN-see that. I bet someone who calls themselves a "maker" built that. Sorry for the little rant.

    Any drying oil will work, the only difference is curing time. I prefer tung or hemp oil.

    I agree with Phill, This is a simple profile, don't make it difficult on yourself. Remove the bulk of the wart with the proper sized drill bit first, The remainder of the waste can be taken care of wit a series of small strait cuts. Finishing with a router and template would give the best...

    Have you though about soda-blasting as a way to strip them down so you know whats under the finish. Just a suggestion
