Only the other evening I was flicking through a copy of a woodworking magazine from the sixties. It was given to me by the father-in-law years ago. Stumbled on an aticle about decimalisation....interesting, and how ironic that the main thrust of that article, the thoughts and comments then...

microclene air filtration mc400 or 500?

Thanks for the reply shipmates, I think I will go for the 500 model, it is a bit more expensive but I think the two speed option will be useful. The jet model seems quite big in comparision. I hope it doesn't suck the baccy out of me pipe when I turn it on. Cheers, Esc.

microclene air filtration mc400 or 500?

What ho woodworking chums, I can't quite decide which of these two models is best. There is not that much in price £125 for the 400 and around £175 or the bigger 500 model. Filters for each cost the same. The 500 model is two speed and can be turned up when dust activity is created. This seems...

Ey ey Haj I've got one of those! Excellent little saw. Just the job in a small workshop. I got mine for £150 a couple of years ago and it has provided reliable and accurate service since day one. The blade is 10" (260mm) I am working on a little fence for it which will double up as a pelmet...

Thanks for the replies shipmates, I am waiting for Axminster to give me the dimensions of the machine and will go from there. A recent post on the subject of bench top sanders mentioned the Triton combination machine. (belt and disc) I will look into this model, at least now it seems that...
