    Further advice please: What spacing and pattern for fixings through the ledger board. It will be circa 5.5m long. How many fixings through it and pattern: Alternate one through top third of ledger board face then the next through bottom third and so on? Regards Jon

    Building inspector visited. I need a building notice of works Planning to use 80mm PIR which is ok to 4 degree slope. Flashing I need to look into/investigate. Suggestions? Is 80mm PIR the rught thicknrmess for a lean to shed?

    Any recommendations for the width of the ledger board. I will use 145mm x 47mm rafters at aroumd 5 degree angle so not sure whether to use 175mm or 200mm x 47mm? Regards Jon

    Thanks. If I use these I presume the stud is screwed directky into the masonry, no 'raw plug' or similar. Resin in drill hole the drive in the stud?
