    Vehicle batteries

The key wouldn't even work! :( A neighbour with a Beemer had to break a rear quarter-light to get his door open.

    Vehicle batteries

I used a 'split charge' relay on my late motorhome, which kept both batteries charged when on 'hook-up.

    Vehicle batteries

If your 'Beemer' was anything like my Saab was, then no doors could be opened when the battery was dead, neither could the bonnet be opened. The only way, (without causing damage) was to get underneath & attached auxiliary power via the starter motor/battery connection.

Extension / electric cable - the rubbery stuff?

Try CPC / Farnell - Arctic cable. I used it for 'hook-up cable on my motorhome & for replacing rigid plastic cable on power tools.

It happened to me, so I did 'restart', fixed.

    Double fail for Amazon

I just take up their offer of a month's freebie, & ask to be reminded at renewal, then cancel until next time I want something, but very often the same thing on ebay is cheaper.

    Car wheel security nut

That is typically French! I suspect both Messieurs were more interested in the bottles of wine awaiting them, rather than selling something to 'English (Rosbifs) speakers'.;)

I did have me tongue firmly in cheek! Like the old one ; £51 to hit it wiv a 'nammer to get it working - £1 for doing it & £50 for knowing where to! :ROFLMAO:

Fitting rasp or file to wooden handle

That is - IF you have golf balls - my guess is handles are cheaper than golf balls, unless you go 'dog walking' at night on the golf pitch!

Fitting rasp or file to wooden handle

I always cringe whenever I see some 'silly' person using one w/out a handle. There's plenty out there on YT, especially model railroad ones.
