    Velux make Battery powered blinds, closers and anything else to do with windows our automatic closing Velux (if it rains) is Sola powered and was retro fitted last year, maybe an idea to look on their site.

    Have a look at Wicks building supplies they have an inexpensive range of Oak door frames, even if not your exact dimensions they are easy to take apart and modify for your opening.

    I note on the OP that you are a member of IOSH, have you thought of becoming a sole trader consultant in your field of expertise, I did this when I was made redundant, earn't more than enough and only worked three, or at a push four days a week, my only regret is I did not take that route...

    Jessem clear cut stock guides modification to fit Dewalt 7485 table saw.

    The Jessem stock guides need to be set back from the edge of the fence to allow parking them out of the way when cutting close to the fence, crown guard removed for clarity, I used angle aluminium, on the back fo the fence to increase the width of the top.
