    House building

Lots of building companies had land banks just before the last building recession, this sent them into receivership in very short order, remember Rush and Tompkins just one that went under, looking at the state of our economy we are heading for another recession, I remember remarking to one of...

    Labour's Employment Rights Bill

Conveniently edited post there Jacob, I repeat, Unions do not fight for their jobs, their jobs are guaranteed and are paid whilst their members are on strike, very blinkered biased view. I am going to stop feeding the Troll now, I'm out, you have won.

    Speed Limit

To put it another way, the stupidity of the lorry drivers just sitting there with their foot nailed to the floor at half a mile an hour more than the lorry on the inside and take ten miles to overtake.

Swanscombe cut on the A2 in Kent was a notorious accident spot, three lanes wide, but a steep hill, two lorries side by side in lane one and two and the third lane with a slow car or van used to cause a multitude of accidents with cars swerving in the third lane to avoid each other, this has...

    Labour's Employment Rights Bill

Unions do not fight for their jobs, those that work in unions have jobs and get paid whilst their members are on strike and don't get paid, misunderstanding of union principles, strike to force management to raise pay until they bleed all the profit out of the company. I was worked on building...

    REJECTION OF VEHICLE INSURANCE CLAIMS.

Being charged for fitting roof bars is not normal if the vehicle is equipped with roof bar fittings i.e. rails or lift out panels for roof bar foot engagement, in real terms this could be extended to fitting a car with a tow bar if the attachments are a factory fitting, or wiring for a tow bar...

    REJECTION OF VEHICLE INSURANCE CLAIMS.

Yes, as the contract/documentation will always have a clause about informing the company about modifications from standard specification. Saying that how the insurance company would know without extensive investigation after an accident I would say is a moot point.

    REJECTION OF VEHICLE INSURANCE CLAIMS.

As has been said by two others on this thread, insurance is a contract it can only be canceled/not paid out on due to the applicant lying on the application or making a false claim.

    Labour's Employment Rights Bill

That is just a contradiction with no substance. You hit the nail on the head there "Wage Demands" no negotiation just a demand. In your view the shareholders do not deserve a return on their investment.

    Labour's Employment Rights Bill

Needed to ask because of your one sided view of management whom without, the companies that employ the workforce would not exist.

More like Newcastle Brown Ale, rather than cool I think it's a shame that any woman believes they are so uninteresting they have to permanently scar themselves to attract attention.

    Labour's Employment Rights Bill

The whole of the western world has become a no blame culture, it is now almost impossible to terminate someone's employment no matter what they do, the Unions although needed just after the second WW became far too powerful and held the country to ransom, some may not remember the health hazards...
