    Breaking News: Post Office Scandal

Regrettably a previous encumbant, Adam Crozier, is now head of ITV !! So he was never going to face questions by the Drama or associated Documentary. They cite the drama as being addressed from when Vennels took over which is when Alan Bates started his campaign.

    Breaking News: Post Office Scandal

More important than that; Fujitsu should face criminal charges - but before even that, Fujitsu should be removed as a provider of PO software ! They recently had an extension to their contract worth £42m :dunno:

Most (all??) do, it's generally a matter of bothering to find the specific setting in your account. Most people simply leave the account settings at [Default] - ie. they don't 'manage' the account.

I don't think so. Essentially you have confirmed my understanding of MailWasher, and I am simply saying that Pegasus has similar facilities built in called 'SpamHalter' but additionally it has the ability to download just the headers which you can view to determine which messages could be...

    Unwanted emails

I doubt it - - - developement of e-mail clients was totally stifled when Micro$oft created that abomination 'Outlook' and included it in the O/S. I can only think of Thunderbird and Pegasus as the remaining 3rd party clients. At one time I had some 300+ customers and the majority of them (along...

Better yet -- install & use [PEGASUS MAIL] - the best e-mail client there is. It has all the features you cite in MailWasher already built in and handles POP3 or IMAP and doesn't have any dependency upon Windows infrastructure (ie. it doesn't use the 'Registry') so can be moved from one PC to...

That may well be the case when cutting En8 but I take much larger cuts in En1a - certainly in excess of 2mm. Even 1mm in 303 Stainless.

    Best selling car 2023

Well, Prof. Marc Thury - who designed the first 'Metric' Thread Standard for the Société des Arts de Genève, was charged with creating a standard that "differed as little as possible from current practice" which was, at that time, Whitworth which had been in use for 37 years - though Sellers had...

    Best selling car 2023

The Metric Thread System came late to the party. It was originally developed by the Swiss and based upon Whitworth's 'Standard'. It is still not 'Universal' though - the Left-Pondians deplore it and don't appreiciate the benefits of the Metric System in general. They don't even condone Metric...

YES - I have (and have customers with) windows PCs in excess of 16 years old and they can still be used with current software - - - and can be upgraded as and when I decide.

What chuck for Arundel j4 junior m24x2.5 spindle?

Although I agree that 7/8 x 14 makes more sense, there is no way that the thread presented could possibly be that spec.. The root dia. of a 7/8 x 14 Whit form would be 0.783" (19.9mm) and with an OD of 20.7mm that would make the depth of thread 0.4mm (0.016") whereas the enlarged photo shows...

    Thread identification help please.

3BA is nominally 4.1mm OD and 0.73mm pitch which is 34.7 tpi and if the handles are 'resurected' from a previous life that is a very good suggestion.

What chuck for Arundel j4 junior m24x2.5 spindle?

3/8" BSP is 0.656" OD (16.66mm) x 19 tpi (0.053" - 1.34mm pitch) so at least you now have a guide as to what measurments ought to be expected. The only issue might be whether it is a Left Hand thread (non standard) or has a potential for a locking screw.

What chuck for Arundel j4 junior m24x2.5 spindle?

Ye God's ❗❗❗ why did I not consider that ! the nominal OD is 0.825" (20.955mm) and it is 14tpi - - - It seems that the more experienced among us have been blinded by 'knowledge' 🤣🤣🤣 I have a sneeky feeling that you'll find a perfect fit with your outside tap fittings. (though it does...

What chuck for Arundel j4 junior m24x2.5 spindle?

I doubt that you will find out anything more regarding the 'pitch' - though there could well be confirmation - I would anticipate that you will measure 0.071" or 1.81mm for 1 revolution but would also suggest that you test the distance travelled at 4 turns which would be 0.2857" or 7.257mm. The...
