Drawing a smooth curve on a round object
It may have been posted before but I came up with this idea to draw smooth curve on a round object. I bought a length of Bath chain from Amazon and held it in place with some Blu-Tack at the top whilst I spray paint over and left a really nice curve.
I use there mag base sewing machine lights. Cheap as chips and seem really reliable so I have a couple of the lathe, one on bandsaw and another on drill press.

I see from FB yandles have cancelled their sept show. Shame as it is a great event and day out but understand how distancing would be very difficult to implement.

Yes, better late than never. However, with all I have had to learn to do this project, all be it off and on (but mainly off!), it will probably go down as one of the favourite things I have turned.
Having a bit of tidy up and finding homes for things.
Hung my stewart armbrace and hollow form drill under my air filter. My son came into the workshop and said ‘Dad, that looks like Harry potter’s broom, it must make magic things.
We see!
