A picture, good. Clear the soil around it and you'll get through that with a decent axe in 10-15 mins. Even a hatchet. Even lift out the rails in the fence too.

Which tiles did you use and did you stick them down ?

Any chance of a picture Dave? Can you get a long bow saw near it or a good sharp panel saw, can you remove part of the fence to get better access? A sharp axe or hatchet if you can get a swing at it. If you can cut or chop a wedge out might be easier to drill, a corded drill might be easier to...

So, RNC apparently hacked and emails and internal documents are being sent to (oddly) Politico (Trump supporter so won't be publishing them) and the WAPO by an individual named Robert. RNC say Iran was behind the hack. Some say it smells a bit fishy.....unless some in the GOP...
