Photographing work in customers house - a violation or not?

Exactly, you're just wasting your time engaging with the person. She's made it plainly obvious that she will not be availing of your services again and vice-versa. You'd be best using the wasted time and energy already expended focusing on the next job and progressing your business. Forget...

Photographing work in customers house - a violation or not?

Wouldn't worry too much. After all assume you were taking photographs of your work and you gave her notice that you would. If your customer considers £15/hour too much she'll hardly be considering £50+/hour for any legal comeback. Good chance somebody was in her ear saying "what, £15/hour?"etc...

    GOT and other TV series

Watched Fracture, not as good as I expected. Thoroughly recommend Giri/Haji (BBC4). 8 episodes, very enjoyable. Bit of Samurai/13 Assassins, Lock Stock S/barrels, a few hints of Notting Hill at times, Kill Bill, Reservoir Dogs/Tarantino and much more. Good to see Van Morrison has finally made...

    What timber for front door?

What would the hours (or I guess also the cost if I'm not being too nosey) be T from start to finish to build a similar door? Or similar to the New Yorkshire Workshop video door?

    Missing photos from Archive posts

It would be good if that happened Richard. There are instances when I've searched for something in particular and come up against the little image icon (or whatever), so no image. I think most are using other hosting sites these days such as Imgur etc or attaching images but it is unfortunate...

    Austrian Post

Have you contacted Eurodis? Try tracking with them. It may give you details on the UK side or that it's in the hands of one of their partners. on the other hand it may not but the package has at some stage gone through one of their scanners: https://eurodis.com/track-trace

    Austrian Post

Does the Austrian postal service site say at any stage "handed over to partner"? In this case partner should be RM/PF.

Just caught up with Hotel Beau Sejour, C4 OD. Very Enjoyable. There's a further series on the same theme somewhere which I much watch.

EGG, BEANS of CHEESE? you get to decide

Why would anybody eat the corner of the (I assume) fried bread or eat some sausage without first stabbing the egg? It's just so wrong. : ) Anyway, here's a proper fry:

    road cycling

And use your ears* as well. Most cyclists can "feel" a vehicle is nearhand. EVs are going to be a problem.

    road cycling

No road closures and poor marshalling by police/organisers but, what were they supposed to do? The roundabout was closed on the other side and the cars did not exactly handbrake at 60 and burn tyres all the way to the correct exit route. I didn't see any appalling driving in your video, all very...

    road cycling

There's generally no problem crossing the road outside the city centre areas. It's not all fenced, there are no marshals every 10 yards with big sticks. I've crossed in such circumstances without issue. Many folk even run along with the riders yelling in their ears. As MikeG mentioned, the men's...

    road cycling

Somebody mention banning cycling? Point of trivia info: Cycling supports 70k or so jobs in the UK and is worth £6bn to the economy (as far as I recall reading not so long ago. These figures could well be doubled if there was a proper Dutch-like approach to cycling from the last dozen...
