Disappointing that you can't even offer the tiniest hint of understanding on the GFA/ECHR. So many times I hear "let's get out of this", "let's cancel that", "we don't need this" etc, etc and when a simple question is asked on perhaps the consequences or how it will effect ordinary people or is...

Hard to know, can you feel/tell how much metal there is left under the rust? Good rust converter (once you are finished with the wire brush) might be an option although no idea on how it will behave once hot.
