If you don't trust an email don't even open it, often these emails send a report back saying it has been opened so that the sender knows its a valid/in use email account, then they start sending more and more in the hope that you'll take the bait.

The fine dust and potential traces of the finishes we use could be harmful, the finer dust especially would be kicked up and breathed in and their lungs are a lot smaller than ours 😉

I did look into this, lots of YouTube videos and tutorials available, it looks like a very very messy job, you need to soak the shavings/paper/cardboard until it turns to mush then put it in the compressor and press the water out, then leave it to dry again. At least that's my understanding of it 🤷

If new internal parts haven't worked it could be wear on the inside of the tap body causing the new parts not to seat properly

I'd avoid cordless headphones, they generate a magnetic field between them that studies are showing can cause changes/damage within the brain. I'd go with chisels.
