    The base level would be a metabo / record 260 machine. Above that you gave new Aximinster and charnwood stuff and the hammer and fielder etc Or you go second hand with a old British machine.

    Also DeWalt Makita Bosch gave at least two levels DIY and trade. Not sure about Milwaukee. The Milwaukee I've tried is light years away from the dewalts I use day to day with 2ah batteries.

    Of your using osb you don't need he bracing which will give you cold spots. Ply would be better and not much more. 5mm reveal seems a bit small 12mm and some foam or rubber draught excluder would be better.

    I'd use veneers and make your own plywood? Or get some cheap Chinese? plywood and soak it so it comes apart and re glue with titebond or polyurethane glue? Just a thought!

    I think the PO didn't have the skills to create the system so they outsourced it to Fujitsu, they got a software package back which they didn't fully understand and couldn't debug so they had to believe it worked....and prosecutors who weren't IT expects who had to simply believe it worked!

    Different types of saw. The first is a fudge of a mitre table saw. Second is a site saw, but portable. Third is a bigger site saw.

    Best to use larger pipe to the machine I believe. Then reduce as close as possible to the machine.

    How about putting a door on the underside so that you can shake or vac any dust off the filters at regular intervals.

    But on a motorway a similar number of EV will will recharge as ICE as it's down to range tbh. If you need to fill up then you need to fill up.. EV or ice.
