The issue could be down to a wide range of reasons, it may be the set up of the machine, your technique or a combination of both. If you used to be able to use your machine get get consistent cut on the front and back end of your board then I would say your blades are getting blunt or may just...

I would say the issue is the wet and dry paper, if you are using the "scary sharp" system it must be glued down flat. I would say the 120 grit is too coarse a grit and I can see its not flat, it's curled up on the edges, this is causing you the issues. Also when you have a coarse grit it rounds...
