    Hi Bod, Thanks for the info. I think (judging by the info about the finish) that this must be a pretty late "Chapman" - it appears to have the crappy Stanley-type gunk lacquer on the crank handle, so a Stanley side handle would probably be perfectly reasonable for a replacement on this drill...
