Hi Steve. I used an old metal ruler . Made the shape with a grinder in a mini drill. It performed well and stayed sharp moulding beech profile.

It was purchased in the 1990’s and has spent most of the time since in storage. The photo shows it’s mounted on a frame that fixes to a wall which is included in the sale.
