My competition Bowl Finished - Critique please!

This is my competition bowl but as rules no colour. I wanted to add colour to the bead. As this is my first bowl i wanted it to look its best for me and thought this is how i think it looks its best, just happy to enter something for the comp.

Every one that see's it loves it but they haven't got the professional eye or experience as you turners will have.

Finished with danish oil. 5 Coats in total.

It looks a whole lot better now, the bead in the natural wood did nothing at all for the design in my opinion. Have you get rid of the drive holes in the bottom though?

No, another learning curve for me in this project is to leave some extra material on so I can remove drive marks later.
