its rails are shorter 2 x 70cm so can only cross rip a sheet but buy a new blade this might not be half bad for the hobbiest woodworker.

especially after all the festool debate recently
I own a Ts55 but would be interesting to do a comparision!

Not for anything bigger than a worktop really, two 700mm joined will cross cut an 8' x 4' sheet. I have an 800mm rail which rarely gets used along with three 1400mm, 2 of which get used a lot.
