Elu Planer Thicknesser

Hi Folks, This is my first posting.
Can anyone direct me to a supplier where I can buy two replacement rubber covered feed rollers for my ELU ept 1911 planer thicknesser.
The exploded views list them as part no 108

If they are unable to help, you might want to try and get a DeWalt part as the Elu then became the DW733S iirc. DeWalt themselves may be able to help directly, but if not, there's a link to the spares here, part no 204: link
