I've owned it for 3 years, having been used four or fives times, the previous owner was a school teacher who used the lathe very lightly too.
It comes with the tools as seen, a 1/4" spindle gouge, 3/8" spindle gouge, 1/2" skew chisel, 1 1/4" skew chisel, 1" roughing gouge.
Also comes with 12" tool rest and face plate
I'm based in Hertfordshire for collection or can deliver at cost.
The machine breaks down into several parts, and can easily be transported in a small hatch back
